Papa G's. FROM THEIR SITE: Papa G's Vegan Organics is a diverse company offering some of the best tasting all organic vegan food on the market today! We have have an all organic vegan deli, a packaged ready to eat product line, and an all organic catering company. Proper Eats. Proper Eats is a welcome addition to NoPo at 8638 North Lombard Street, Portland, Oregon (503) 445-2007 Right near the St. John's theatre, the cuisine is vegan with some raw offerings, and great prices. (Collard wraps appetizers for only $4!) My favorite are the raw fajitas, with spicy walnut fajita "meat" served wrapped in a collard leaf with lots of shredded veggies and accompanied by a wild field green salad. They also sell a few natural living groceries. Check it out! (Portland, OR)

Prasad Cusine. Located inside a yoga studio (YogaPearl) Prasad is an organic raw and vegan option in Portland's she-she Pearl District. You'll find it at 925 NW Davis, Portland OR 97209, 503.224.3993 With an extensive fresh juice and smoothie bar menu, they also offer wraps and bowls, and the all-important raw cheezecake! The service is prompt and friendly, prices are reasonable (most raw dishes about $9) and the food simple is and delicious. What else can you ask for? (Portland, OR)
